Thank you for visiting and shopping at VINTAGEVIBELAB. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales) may occasionally delay processing times by 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES We offer worldwide international shipping to bring the ultimate vintage vibes straight to your doorstep.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local customs clearance efficiency, postal service efficiency, and unforeseen weather or logistical disruptions.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES VINTAGEVIBELAB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package via the link provided in the email.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. VINTAGEVIBELAB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at mural-sleeps.00@icloud.com before your order ships.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrived damaged, please contact our support team at mural-sleeps.00@icloud.com within 7 days. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
